You can submit your application either online through the school’s website or in person.
- Online Application: The application form is available on the official website: https://hopegardenfamily.org.
- In-person Submission: You can also download, print, and fill out the form, then submit it at the school’s admissions office.
- Email Submission: You can email your completed application form and all required documents to admissions@hopegardenfamily.org.

- Application Due Date: The due date for all applications is November 30, 2025.
💰 Required Documents and Fees
- Application Form Fee: A non-refundable fee of N$50 is required for the application form.
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable N$200 registration fee is also required.
- Required Documents:
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
- Copies of the IDs of both parents or legal guardians.
- A copy of the child’s vaccination records.
- One recent ID photo of the child.
Prioritizing Applications
The school prioritizes applications in the following order:
- First Priority: Current students and their siblings.
- Second Priority: Children of alumni families.
- Community/Public: All other applications are processed based on the date they are received.
