2027 admissions are open for Toddlers through Pre-Primary only. Any Grade 1–3 references in earlier 2027 planning documents relate to the Junior Primary approval process and do not represent 2027 placement availability. Junior Primary is planned from 2028, subject to Ministry approval.

These amounts apply to the current 2027 ECD & Pre-Primary offering. Grade 1–3 tuition is not offered for 2027. Monthly tuition is payable in advance on or before the 3rd calendar day of each month.

Review requirements, deadlines, signatures, supporting documents and payment conditions.
Use accurate legal names and contact details. Do not leave required sections blank.
Retain the reference number, receipt, email acknowledgement or stamped copy for your records.
PAYMENT SAFETY
Use only banking details published on an official Hope Garden document, invoice or verified school communication. Confirm unexpected changes directly with the school using the contact details on this website.
FAMILY QUESTIONS
These answers address common document, application and payment questions. The approved written policy or fee schedule remains authoritative.
Priority applications for 2027 close on 30 September 2026. Later applications remain subject to available space and the N$200 late-registration fee.
The non-refundable N$50 application processing fee must accompany the application. The N$200 admission fee is payable only after a written placement offer.
Monthly tuition is payable in advance on or before the 3rd calendar day of each month, unless a different written arrangement is approved.
Use the learner’s full name and class or grade. Send proof of payment through the official school finance channel and retain the receipt.
A parent or account holder must give one full calendar month’s written notice. Notice given during a month normally makes the following full month payable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
