Toddlers
A nurturing entry point focused on safety, communication, routines and early development.
Pre-Kindergarten
Purposeful play that strengthens confidence, curiosity, independence and social skills.
Preschool
Strong foundations in language, early numeracy, creativity and school readiness.
Pre-Primary
Structured preparation for a confident and successful transition into formal schooling.
Junior Primary
Applications are accepted for planned Junior Primary progression, subject to final Ministry approval.

Clear fees before your family commits.
The amounts below reproduce the approved 2027 General Admission Application and Financial Agreement. The signed contract remains the controlling document.

KEY PAYMENT TERMS
Read these conditions before signing.
- Monthly tuition is payable in advance on or before the 3rd calendar day of each month.
- Aftercare is optional at N$200 per month and school meals are optional at N$150 per month, where enrolled.
- December tuition is charged at 50% of the learner’s normal monthly tuition.
- One full calendar month’s written notice is required for parent-initiated withdrawal.
- A N$200 administrative late-payment charge may apply to an unpaid month after the due date, subject to the contract.

Our process keeps parents informed while allowing the school to review each application responsibly.
Complete the Application
Apply online or complete the official 2027 General Admission Application using accurate legal and contact details.
Pay the Application Fee
Pay the non-refundable N$50 application processing fee and retain the official receipt or proof of payment.
Submit Supporting Documents
Provide certified identification documents, a learner photograph and all applicable school, medical, custody or support records.
Application Review
The Admissions Team reviews capacity, age or grade suitability, documents and any readiness or support information.
Receive a Written Decision
Placement is confirmed only through a written offer. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.
Accept and Register
After a written offer, pay the non-refundable N$200 admission fee, sign the required agreements and complete onboarding.

Required supporting documents
Clear, readable copies help the Admissions Team process an application efficiently. Additional documents may be requested where necessary.
- Certified copy of the learner’s birth certificate, identity document or passport.
- Certified copies of the parent or guardian identity documents, passports or valid permits.
- One recent passport-size photograph of the learner.
- Latest progress report or transfer document, where applicable.
- Proof of payment of the non-refundable N$50 application processing fee.
- Medical, custody, collection or learner-support documents relevant to safe placement.

Does submitting an application guarantee admission?
No. Placement depends on available capacity, age or grade suitability, complete supporting documents and the school’s lawful admission criteria. Admission is confirmed only through a written offer.
What must be paid when applying?
The N$50 non-refundable application processing fee is required with the application. The N$200 non-refundable admission fee becomes payable only after the school issues a written placement offer.
When is monthly tuition due?
Monthly tuition is payable in advance on or before the 3rd calendar day of each month, unless the school approves a different written arrangement.
Which documents must accompany the application?
Provide certified learner and parent identification documents, one recent learner photograph, the latest report or transfer document where applicable, application-fee proof and any relevant medical, custody or support records.
