FAMILY QUESTIONS
Before you download or pay
These answers address common document, application and payment questions. The approved written policy or fee schedule remains authoritative.
When do priority applications close?
Priority applications for 2027 close on 30 September 2026. Later applications remain subject to available space and the N$200 late-registration fee.
What must be paid with an application?
The non-refundable N$50 application processing fee must accompany the application. The N$200 admission fee is payable only after a written placement offer.
When is monthly tuition due?
Monthly tuition is payable in advance on or before the 3rd calendar day of each month, unless a different written arrangement is approved.
What reference should I use for payment?
Use the learner’s full name and class or grade. Send proof of payment through the official school finance channel and retain the receipt.
What are the withdrawal notice terms?
A parent or account holder must give one full calendar month’s written notice. Notice given during a month normally makes the following full month payable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
